Robert Balfour of Balbirnie (1698–1766) was a Scottish gentleman from Fife. He was later styled later Robert Balfour-Ramsay after his marriage to Ann Ramsay in 1736. Robert was a son of George Balfour of Balbirnie and Agnes Lumsdaine.〔Edward J.
